What details do you collect? For the newsletter, a first and last name, company name and email address are required. To request samples, we need your name, email address and address.
Do you use the details for any other purpose?
No.
How long do you keep the details you collect?
For the newsletter, your email address and activity are kept until you opt to be removed from our database. You can opt-out in our Communication Preferences Centre.
For samples, your data is stored until you opt-out via our Communication Preferences Centre or request to have it removed via sales@naturebox.com.au
Do you share personal data that’s collected for the newsletter and samples with third parties?
No.
How do I get my personal details removed?
They are removed when you opt to be removed from our database. You can opt-out here or you can email us at sales@naturebox.com.au
